| Jay
Norman, President
Jay Norman's broad experience in all facets of real
estate and his deep understanding of finance continually
prove to be invaluable to clients with even the most
complex needs. National real estate brokers, Washington,
D.C.-area businesses and major media outlets often turn
to him as a definitive source of knowledge and counsel
on Northern Virginia real estate.
A
native of the region and son of company founder John
Norman, he initiated the expansion of the company's
services, adding leasing and investment sales to Norman
Realty's long respected capabilities in land sales and
build-to-suit projects. A Norman Realty broker since
1989 and president since 2001, he has played a major
role in the company's ongoing growth.
Norman's
active involvement in the local business community affords
him an audience with major players in the Northern Virginia
marketplace. He has served on the boards of the Northern Virginia chapter of NAIOP, the Virginia Association of Commercial Real Estate (VACRE), Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. and currently serves on the board of Utron Inc., and is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the George Mason University Foundation.

Walvius, Vice President
More than three decades of experience in Northern Virginia
real estate development combined with a highly thorough
approach to deal-making consistently makes John Walvius
a highly effective advisor and agent for clients. He
made his mark on the region with the development of
Dale City, a highly successful mixed-use development
in Prince William County with more than 13,000 residential
units.
President of Hylton Realty for more than two decades, he has been with Norman Realty since 1998, and an active member of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce. He is a past president of Woodbridge Rotary Club, and is a past president and serves on the Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Prince William.

Donna Tressler brings over 20 years of administrative experience in a variety of business environments. With over a decade of experience at Norman Realty, she is responsible for the professional presentation of the Company through its marketing materials, presentation materials and website, as well as, the coordination and implementation of company administrative functions.

Managing Director, BlueLine Conservation
Ned Carter joined Norman Realty in 2009 with almost 30 years of professional experience in financial services, commercial real estate and politics. From 1993 until 2007, when he joined BlueLine Conservation, an affiliate of Norman Realty, Ned worked in the Private Client Group of Wachovia Securities, where he was a Vice President and Investment Officer in their Washington, DC and Alexandria, Virginia offices.
Ned graduated from St. Christoper's School in Richmond and is a 1980 graduate of the University of Virginia. Ned currently serves on the Boards of Power Systems, Inc, in Richmond, and the Alexandria Library Company, of which he served as President until last year. In 2002, he served as the President of the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Athletics Foundation at the University of Virginia. He and his family live in Old Town Alexandria.
