Jay Norman, President
Jay Norman's broad experience in all facets of real estate and his deep understanding of finance continually prove to be invaluable to clients with even the most complex needs. National real estate brokers, Washington, D.C.-area businesses and major media outlets often turn to him as a definitive source of knowledge and counsel on Northern Virginia real estate.

A native of the region and son of company founder John Norman, he initiated the expansion of the company's services, adding leasing and investment sales to Norman Realty's long respected capabilities in land sales and build-to-suit projects. A Norman Realty broker since 1989 and president since 2001, he has played a major role in the company's ongoing growth.

Norman's active involvement in the local business community affords him an audience with major players in the Northern Virginia marketplace. He currently serves on the boards of the Northern Virginia chapter of NAIOP, Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. and Utron Inc, in addition he is a Trustee, Finance Committee Chair and Treasurer of the George Mason University Foundation.

 

John Walvius, Vice President
More than three decades of experience in Northern Virginia real estate development combined with a highly thorough approach to deal-making consistently makes John Walvius a highly effective advisor and agent for clients. He made his mark on the region with the development of Dale City, a highly successful mixed-use development in Prince William County with more than 13,000 residential units.

President of Hylton Realty for more than two decades, he has been with Norman Realty since 1998 and is a member of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), and a member of the Board of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce. He is a past president of Woodbridge Rotary Club and serves on the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington.

 

Sergio Campos, Real Estate Sales Agent
A valuable addition to the Norman Realty team, Sergio Campos has a background in finance, a dedication to his industry and a high service ethic that enhance every real estate project he touches.

Campos, who is fluent in Spanish, holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Florida.

 

Pam Allison, Office Manager & Executive Assistant
Pam Allison is the one-woman force that keeps Norman Realty's day-to-day operations running smoothly. A 22-year veteran with the company, she has played a crucial role in helping the company grow while remaining efficient and effective. Clients appreciate her can-do spirit, dedication and highly detailed approach to handling client needs.

 

Vincent Branger, Real Estate Sales Agent
Vincent Branger brings international diversity to the Norman Realty, Inc. team. A native of Paris, France, Branger holds a law degree from the University of Paris XII. With a background in business law and a deep respect and interest in the ways of the America marketplace, he came to the United States to immerse himself in American Business. Norman Realty, Inc. has come to rely on his dedication and thorough research capabilities.

 

Donna Tressler, Admin. Assistant
Donna Tressler brings over 20 years of administrative experience in a variety of business environments. Donna is responsible for the professional presentation of the Company through its marketing materials, presentation materials and web site.

 

David Phippen, Real Estate Sales Agent
Mr. Phippen joined Norman Realty in 2005 with a distinguished background handling corporate legal and business matters. He brings significant business and legal experience as well as extensive contacts to the firm. Mr. Phippen’s entrepreneurial spirit combines with a focused research methodology to make him a valuable addition to Norman Realty. A resident of Northern Virginia for over 15 years, he holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Edward H. Carter, Real Estate Agent, Norman Realty
Managing Director, BlueLine Conservation

Ned Carter joined Norman Realty in 2009 with almost 30 years of professional experience in financial services, commercial real estate and politics. From 1993 until 2007, when he joined BlueLine Conservation, an affiliate of Norman Realty, Ned worked in the Private Client Group of Wachovia Securities, where he was a Vice President and Investment Officer in their Washington, DC and Alexandria, Virginia offices.

Ned graduated from St. Christoper's School in Richmond and is a 1980 graduate of the University of Virginia. Ned currently serves on the Boards of Power Systems, Inc, in Richmond, and the Alexandria Library Company, of which he served as President until last year. In 2002, he served as the President of the Board of Trustees of the Virginia Athletics Foundation at the University of Virginia. He lives in Old Town Alexandria with his wife, Meg, and their two boys.
