| Jay
Norman, President
Jay Norman's broad experience in all facets of real
estate and his deep understanding of finance continually
prove to be invaluable to clients with even the most
complex needs. National real estate brokers, Washington,
D.C.-area businesses and major media outlets often turn
to him as a definitive source of knowledge and counsel
on Northern Virginia real estate.
A
native of the region and son of company founder John
Norman, he initiated the expansion of the company's
services, adding leasing and investment sales to Norman
Realty's long respected capabilities in land sales and
build-to-suit projects. A Norman Realty broker since
1989 and president since 2001, he has played a major
role in the company's ongoing growth.
Norman's
active involvement in the local business community affords
him an audience with major players in the Northern Virginia
marketplace. He currently serves on the boards of the
Northern Virginia chapter of NAIOP, Fauquier Bankshares,
Inc. and Utron Inc, in addition he is a
Trustee, Finance Committee Chair and Treasurer of the
George Mason University Foundation.

Walvius, Vice President
More than three decades of experience in Northern Virginia
real estate development combined with a highly thorough
approach to deal-making consistently makes John Walvius
a highly effective advisor and agent for clients. He
made his mark on the region with the development of
Dale City, a highly successful mixed-use development
in Prince William County with more than 13,000 residential
units.
President
of Hylton Realty for more than two decades, he has been
with Norman Realty since 1998 and is a member of the
Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), and a member of the Board of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce. He is a past president of Woodbridge Rotary
Club and serves on the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of
Greater Washington.

Vincent Branger brings international diversity to the

Branger holds a law degree from the University of Paris
XII. With a background in business law and a deep respect

he came to the United States to immerse himself in American

Mr. Phippen joined Norman Realty in 2005 with
a distinguished background handling corporate
legal and business matters. He brings significant
business and legal experience as well as extensive
contacts to the firm. Mr. Phippen’s entrepreneurial
spirit combines with a focused research methodology
to make him a valuable addition to Norman Realty.
A resident of Northern Virginia for over 15 years,
he holds a B.A. in Economics from the University
of Virginia and a J.D. from the Washington and
Lee University School of Law.

With every real estate project Charlie Westbrook brings
knowledge, efficiency and understanding of our corporate
clients' requirements. Having held senior roles in the management
and IT consultant arena working with Fortune 1000
and federal government clients, Charlie grasps
the overall needs and desires of growing businesses.
Charlie
is also Managing Director of BlueLine
Conservation Incentives - an affiliated company
offering full service land easement advisory and tax
credit brokerage entity for sellers and buyers of Virginia
land easement credits. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt
University, and is President of the NOVA Manassas Symphony
Orchestra.

Alice Jones, Property Manager, Norman Property Services
Alice Jones bestows tremendous property management experience and expertise upon Norman Property Services. With over 30 years experience in commercial property management, her command spans construction, leasing, financial and physical property management, marketing, and engineering oversight. Her field experience has been supplemented by continued educational pursuit including masters level business curriculum and designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers as a Certified Shopping Center Manager and Certified Marketing Director.
Alice also enjoys tremendous respect from the local business community as demonstrated by her roles as past president of the Prince William – Greater Manassas Club of Commerce, Manassas Rotary Club, Prince William County Crime Solvers, and the Prince William 66 Partnership, as well as past chair of the Prince William Health System. Her personal service and commitment has been recognized with awards such as the Matthew McNulty Jr. Award, the Healthcare Council, National Capital Area, Service Above Self Award, the Member of the Year, Prince William – Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce Award, Outstanding Women in Prince William County, Women of the Year Award, and the Women & Youth Award from the Capital Area Boys and Girls Club.
