Wellington Glen
is an approved mixed-use development consisting of approximately
140 acres of land zoned for commercial, office, light industrial
uses, and multi-family residential units. The 101 acre commercial
portion of the development is planned for office, flex, multi-story
hotel, bank and day-care uses. Wellington Glen’s conceptual
plan calls for development of over 850,000 square feet of
build-to-suit office/flex and/or mid-rise commercial space
in a series of buildings for lease. Phased development will
begin with the creation of a 20,000 to 40,000 square office/flex
building.
