Quantico Center is the premier 60-acre planned business park in Eastern Prince William County located at the important I-95 and Route 234 Interchange. The project will include a mixture of office, flex, hotel and retail uses.

The first of two 52,000 square foot, Class A office buildings, Quantico Center I, was completed in December 2005 and is now fully leased. Construction of the second building, Quantico Center II, was completed in 2007 and a portion of the building remains available for lease. Site work for Quantico Center III (100,000 square feet) began in early 2008 with delivery planned for 2009.

Construction on the hotel was complete in 2007.
