The project will consist of six new office buildings in sizes ranging from 7,500 square feet to 20,000 square feet, and office condominiums from 2,500 square feet on a build-to-suit basis at the world-class Lake Manassas development. Lake Manassas is a mixed-use development located in Western Prince William County, Virginia. The project is located on Turtle Point Drive in Lake Manassas on an 11.8-acre site.
